A tachometer is one of the few instruments you get as a racer to get some measurable quantity about how your racecar is performing. It should be a trustworthy and useful instrument.

But dirt late model racing is numb to the fact that current offerings offer recall functionality that isn't very trustworthy and therefore isn't very useful. We feel we can do better.
